About the Company

At  ABC Behavior , located in  Warrenton, VA , we are dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults aged 2-20 through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We offer services in a variety of settings, including in-home, in-clinic, and community outings. Our team is passionate about case collaboration, compassionate ABA, and ethical care! Brooke Fay, our Clinical Director, has 10 years of experience as a BCBA and is a proven leader with a compassionate heart for our kiddos.

About the Role*

As a BCBA at our Warrenton office, you will:

• Mentorship: You come as in a leader in our organization and our team of RBTs need people who are passionate about the field like them.
• No Cookie Cutter Approach: As a BCBA, you have a duty to approach each case individually so that our kiddos can really succeed.
• Collaborate: Our BCBAs collaborate daily and will provide and request input regularly. This is a large part of ABC Behavior's culture.
• Grow Professionally: Engage in continuous professional development, including leadership growth pathways and CEU opportunities.

Responsibilities*

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, with BCBA Certification.
• Skills: Experience with Motivity and Aloha systems is a plus. Strong time management, conflict resolution skills, and a passion for helping others are essential. An understanding of CPT codes will help you excel in this role.
