### In This Role, You Will:
- Analyze and evaluate commercial auto applications to assess risk and make informed underwriting decisions.
- Directly impact the profitability and success of the business.
- Manage your own book of business with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with agents and insureds.
- Utilize your expertise to assess potential loss hazards and structure insurance programs that meet client needs.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program, including one-on-one mentoring, classroom instruction, and self-study.
### What We're Looking For:
- Experience in finance, banking, sales, or a profession where you have built and developed long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze risk effectively.
- A keen ability to identify customer needs and market insurance products and services accordingly.
### Work Environment:
This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule—three days in the office and two days remote—providing the balance of collaboration and autonomy.
