Job Overview ABC Seamless, North Dakota's leader in seamless siding and exterior home improvements, is looking for motivated Construction Helper to join our Field Operations team. As a Construction Laborer, you'll assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, and other remodeling projects. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade in a supportive, family-first company. Travel is required for this role, offering a chance to see new places while you build a rewarding career.

Learn more at . Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, and trim.
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on the job site.
- Follow instructions from foremen and skilled crew members.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for cutting and installation tasks.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications - Mechanical aptitude with interest or experience working with hand and power tools.
- Desire to learn construction skills and grow within the company.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of construction or related experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
