Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative

Hourly Pay: $18 - $22/hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from customers

• Assist customers with order tracking, account details, or general support inquiries
• Follow clear scripts and procedures to provide consistent and accurate support
• Log all customer interactions, updating customer records and ensuring follow-up when necessary
• Work closely with your team to resolve more complex issues and share helpful insights
• Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions, providing an excellent customer experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient attitude

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new software and tools

• Access to a quiet workspace with a reliable internet connection

• Previous experience in retail, call centers, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn, with training provided
