Call Center Representative Needed ASAP
Temp to Hire
Salary: $17 hourly
Scheduled Shift:  8:30AM – 5PM (30 min lunch)
San Antonio Zip 78216

The ideal candidate should possess the qualities and skills below:

• Bilingual a plus, but not necessary
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Basic computer skills with multi screens/systems
• Ability to resolve collector and collection issues in a professional manner
• Great attitude and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work within a team
• Able to resolve complaint calls
• Strong leadership abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Punctual and dependable with good attendance
• Knowledge of FDCPA, HIPAA, and state/local collection laws (preferred)
• Eligible for licensing in all states (preferred)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and stress tolerance
• Able to handle escalated calls and reach resolutions
• Well-organized in taking and processing payments
• Capable of maintaining the Firm’s standards while handling call
• Must be able to efficiently navigate the CUB’s system

Background, reference and drug screen required
