About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy. This position will partner closely with senior leadership to provide deep financial insights, support high-impact business decisions, and drive organizational performance improvements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting efforts across multiple departments
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth data analysis
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
• Partner with business units to optimize resource allocation and profitability
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting systems, and data integrity
• Support strategic initiatives such as M&A analysis, capital investment reviews, and scenario planning
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and support cross-functional finance projects
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Operations, and Strategy teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
• Experience with financial reporting and planning tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CFA certification a plus
• Prior experience supporting executive leadership or investor relations
