Job Summary

We are seeking a Front-End Developer to join the engineering team. The ideal candidate

will have solid experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind, with a strong

attention to UI/UX details. You will work closely with designers to translate high-fidelity designs

into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant front-end code. We are looking for a mid-to-senior

developer or a highly capable junior developer ready to grow, who values clean code and

beautiful interfaces. A portfolio of polished work will provide a leg up on other candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Accurately translate Figma or similar designs into production-ready front-end code with high attention to detail.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented front-end code following best practices.
• Optimization: Ensure front-end performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Version Control: Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer (mid-level or newly Senior).
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with the tech stack (React/JavaScript/Tailwind, MySQL, AWS).
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and TailwindCSS.
• Experience building responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs.
• High attention to visual detail and fidelity to designs.
• Portfolio of past projects demonstrating beautiful, polished interfaces (please provide).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Experience working in SaaS or e-commerce products.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.

Understanding of we b accessibility and security best practices.
