Your New Role:
As an HVAC Commissioning and Start-Up Specialist , you will be at the forefront of ensuring the comfort and efficiency of our HVAC installations.

In this role, your responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive commissioning and start-up procedures on HVAC systems.
• Verifying that installed systems are operating according to design specifications.
• Collaborating with installation teams and contractors to address any system deficiencies throughout the installation process.
• Performing diagnostic tests, functional checks, and system balancing on a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members on best practices for system operation and maintenance.
• Documenting findings, system performance data, and required modifications in clear reports.
• Training customers and maintenance staff on the operation and maintenance of newly commissioned systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC commissioning, start-up, or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics.
• Relevant certifications, such as EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Experience with system balancing and verification processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively train clients and collaborate with team members.
• Proven problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide detailed documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
