Investment Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GAAP-based fund accounting and quarterly financial reporting for co-investment vehicles
• Prepare investor-facing materials, including decks and capital raising documents
• Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and financial statement preparation
• Support strategic financial communications across teams, including investor relations
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in fund performance reporting and internal analysis

Requirements:

• 2 - 4 years of public accounting experience (Big Four preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and audit processes
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations

Preferred Skills:

• CPA or pursuing CPA designation
• Experience with Investran or similar private equity accounting systems
• Ability to create investor-ready communication materials
