Job Description

· Understand and document the business requirements for projects, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. · Work with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, PMO and Release Management and to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet customer needs · Define and prioritize project features and user stories and ensure that they are communicated effectively to the development team. · Monitor product performance and customer feedback during lab and field trial phases and make data-driven decisions to improve features and customer satisfaction. · Participate in Safe Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) planning, Sprint planning, and Sprint reviews. · Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product backlog and priorities. · Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on feedback and changing business needs · Create project documentation to be reviewed by customers, technicians, and internal helpdesk · Ability to understand technical terms related to product domain and effectively communicate at a technical detail with the scrum teams and functional level with business stakeholders · Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field or related work experience · Outstanding communication and leadership and negotiation skills · 3 - 5 years of experience as a product owner · 3+ years' experience in applicable domain · Experience working deep within the product domain is highly desired · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. · Experience with Safe Agile practices and frameworks, including SAFe 5.0. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions · Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Prior experience as a software developer or in Software Testing desired, but not required · Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, leaders from other functional areas, in a constructive and collaborative relationship · Experience working with globally distributed teams **WHO IS** **INVENCO by GVR** Invenco by GVR is a dynamic and innovative force in the technology-driven retail solutions.
