Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Mother Baby / Labor & Delivery
Location: Bricktown, NJ 08724
Shift: Night Shift
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
Local Candidates: $55–$58/hour
Travel Candidates: $65–$70/hour (inclusive of stipend)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Mother Baby or Labor & Delivery unit . The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for mothers, newborns, and laboring patients through all stages of care.
Key Responsibilities Mother Baby RNProvide postpartum care to mothers and routine care to newborns
Monitor maternal and neonatal vital signs and recovery progress
Educate patients and families on newborn care, feeding, and postpartum recovery
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide care throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
Monitor fetal heart tracings and maternal condition
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
Administer medications and IV therapies per established protocols
Offer education and emotional support to patients and families during labor
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New Jersey or compact, as applicable)
Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in Mother Baby or Labor & Delivery
BLS required ; ACLS and NRP preferred (based on unit requirements)
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour schedules
