Job Description:

Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research to identify and categorise medical industry websites and domains across multiple healthcare sectors
- Systematically classify organizations into specific categories including providers, billing companies, revenue cycle management firms, hospitals, health plans, laboratories, and legal services
- Extract and compile comprehensive contact information including business addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers
- Maintain high-quality data standards while efficiently processing large datasets in Google Sheets
- Apply quality control measures by identifying and appropriately handling duplicate entries and data inconsistencies
- Manage sensitive healthcare industry information with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Work independently to meet project milestones while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- English communication skills for clear reporting and professional correspondence
- Proven experience in data entry, research tasks, and database management
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and standard computer applications
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional understanding of confidentiality requirements and willingness to execute NDAs
- Interest in developing expertise within the healthcare industry landscape
