Hybrid 1-2x week onsite (Brooklyn Park, MN (1 st Choice), Denver, CO (2 nd choice) or 100% remote (Last choice)
REQUIRED SKILLS
Qualifications Required
5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading SAP projects.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing an SAP roadmap.
Demonstrated hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementations with the ability to assess readiness, sequencing, and risk without relying solely on vendor input.
SAP Delivery Sequencing & Dependency Expertise
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream projects.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries.
Experience with Arena PLM, Onshape, and Prostep a plus.
SAP Activate certification, PMP, or PMI-ACP a plus
