Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join our warehouse and delivery operations. This role involves picking and packing orders in a clean warehouse, staging cabinets for delivery, and unloading/loading inventory at various job sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with frequent lifting 50+, and must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders in a clean warehouse.
• Unload and load inventory at job sites.
• Stage cabinets for delivery.
• Handle duties related to processing, organizing, and packing goods for warehouse storage.
• Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment involving continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages (typically 50+ lbs).
• Communicate effectively through reading, writing, and active listening.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• MUST have a valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record to be eligible.
• Must be able to consistently lift 50+ lb of product without assistance.
• Ability to lift large, odd shaped, heavy items.
• Stage cabinets for delivery.
• Effectively communicate to include reading, writing and active listening.
• Ability to work effectively as a team or independently.
• Present a neat and approachable appearance daily.
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• One to two years of experience in a warehouse setting.
