Great Basin Industrial, a leading company in the fabrication industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Painter/Blaster to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be safety-oriented, and have prior experience in industrial painting. This role involves working with both conventional and airless spraying equipment at our fabrication facility in Plymouth, UT. We offer a challenging yet rewarding work environment with varied work hours depending on project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and blasting on industrial steel structures such as tanks and other structures.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance.
• must be able to work in various positions including stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
• Work from heights and climb ladders.
• Lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with project estimates and calculate the amount of product to order.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards within the work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an industrial painter/blaster.
• Ability to monitor and record environmental conditions.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and maintaining accurate records.
• Full range of motion in upper and lower body.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter attitude.
